Christine is a queer nonbinary immigrant of Filipino heritage who’s passionate about creating a kind, inclusive and equitable global society.
As a consultant, they co-design and co-create solutions with business leaders to drive transformation towards an inclusive, equitable, and identity-welcoming culture by leveraging emotional intelligence, developing cultural agility and reimagining leadership. They are a proponent of authenticity and radical self-love as a form of resistance which also guides their coaching practice empowering global majority professionals to audaciously reach their next level of success and create impact on their own terms personally and professionally. Christine has facilitated transformative workshops and training within corporate businesses, nonprofits, communities in conflict areas as well as LGBTQ+ both nationally and internationally.
They have over 10 years of combined experience in Talent recruitment and management, Business Development, Coaching and Training, Corporate Consulting. They hold a Certificate in DEI in the workplace, Bachelor's in International Studies; a Coaching Diploma from NYU, and have also received training in mediation and somatic healing.
They believe that for us to create a thriving, loving and inclusive world, we must start the work within. To heal, love all parts of who we and conscious transformation to create the ripple of change we want to see in our family, relationships, communities, and society.
Julián Esteban Torres López, Managing Director

Julián is a bilingual, Colombia-born storyteller, public scholar, and culture architect with Afro-Euro-Indigenous roots advancing social justice. As a consultant, Julián assists organizations to realign their policies and cultural spines so they are more diverse, equitable, and inclusive, while creating and sustaining healthy and empathetic relationships at the forefront of decision-making and intentional design. He is the founder of The Nasiona, a movement that centers, elevates, and amplifies the personal stories of those Othered by systems of oppression and dominant cultures. Julián’s work focuses on decolonization, liberation, empowerment, healing, and transformation.
Julián has received recognition and awards for his community-building work and has founded, led, and/or been a guest speaker at dozens of DEI initiatives. He has also been the recipient of numerous research grants and fellowships to conduct work on corporate social responsibility, human rights assessments, and conflict resolution, and has presented original research at international conferences. Julián holds an M.A. in justice studies and B.A.s in philosophy and in communication from the University of New Hampshire and was a Ph.D. candidate at the University of British Columbia, where he focused on political science and Latin American studies.
We believe that we cannot do this work on our own. Greater power lies in the collective and there’s no one way to do this work "right".

Vashti has 20 years of experience in leadership development, research, and business management. Vashti holds a Masters in Humanistic Psychology from the University of West Georgia (UWG) as well as an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Bachelors in Psychology. Their technique is based on a holistic framework; valuing the complexity of human experience, subjectivity, perspective, and relationship with the self and society. Using storytelling as a means of identifying the ways in which we understand our world are paramount in how Vashti works with individuals and organizations. How your experience of a situation is different from another is important in illuminating how you can better relate to, and work with one another.

Niiya Grant is a transgender & queer experience
educator, motivational speaker, and liberator. As a
transwoman of color herself, she has cultivated spaces for
engaging conversations surrounding the intersectionalities of
being black, a woman, and trans in today’s society. To hold
space to uncover unconscious cultural assumptions about
gender and how they impact the understanding of the trans
community is to orchestrate a haven of vulnerability in
regards to lived experiences. It is to exude patience, grace,
and compassion. This is what Niiya does best. She is a
creative and critical thinker, an independent and
collaborative educator, and an organized and meticulous
manager – she knows effective communication.
Currently, she is a Commercial Real Estate Property
Manager managing commercial properties throughout
Metro-Atlanta and Columbus, Ga. In 2020, Grant
established her own consulting business, JeSuisNiiLee
Consulting, that assists businesses and corporations of
policies and procedures that encompass trans, gender non-
conforming, and queer individuals in the workplace.
JeSuisNiiLee Consulting also assists with educating
leadership and personnel on appropriate language surrounding gender diversity and inclusion
as well as highlights the importance of inclusive workplace cultures.

Kevin Moran is a queer mental health coach, personal fitness coach, and podcaster working to achieve his individual mission of empowering LGBTQIA+ persons and communities to live ideal, authentic lives that are in alignment with their personal identities. He operates his private practice, Kevin Moran Coaching, where he provides individualized coaching services, delivered remotely, to queer clients who are looking to improve their holistic selves. He also is the creator and host of The United Outsiders Podcast, a podcast that aims to be a safe space for meaningful, inspirational discussions for those who feel they belong on the “outside.”

Kausta is a holistic communications coach whose personal mission is to empower individuals to use emotional intelligence and intuition to become better communicators and increase their ability to develop, maintain and strengthen personal and professional relationships.
Kausta has over 15 years of experience in learning and development. Her experience includes working for Fortune 500 corporations like General Electric (GE) and Boeing. She holds a Masters in Communication with an emphasis on Training and Development from Lindenwood University as well as a Masters in Human Resources Development from Webster University. She is an award winning DEI champion and HBCU advocate who has led numerous DEI initiatives.
She is also a certified Instructional Designer and adjunct Communications professor. She owns and operates Kamini Learning and Communications firm, where she provides coaching services to individuals seeking to find their voice, tell their story, and realize their purpose. Kamini also offers instructional content creation services to organizations seeking to create evergreen digital products.
A self-proclaimed introvert she loves helping introverted entrepreneurs market their talents and businesses in an authentic, thoughtful way.
