Christine Cariño, Founder & Managing Partner

Christine is a queer nonbinary immigrant of Filipino heritage who’s passionate about creating a kind, inclusive and equitable global society.

As a consultant, they co-design and co-create solutions with business leaders to drive transformation towards an inclusive, equitable, and identity-welcoming culture by leveraging emotional intelligence, developing cultural agility and reimagining leadership. They are a proponent of authenticity and radical self-love as a form of resistance which also guides their coaching practice empowering global majority professionals to audaciously reach their next level of success and create impact on their own terms personally and professionally. Christine has facilitated transformative workshops and training within corporate businesses, nonprofits, communities in conflict areas as well as LGBTQ+ both nationally and internationally.

They have over 10 years of combined experience in Talent recruitment and management, Business Development, Coaching and Training, Corporate Consulting. They hold a Certificate in DEI in the workplace, Bachelor's in International Studies; a Coaching Diploma from NYU, and have also received training in mediation and somatic healing.

They believe that for us to create a thriving, loving and inclusive world, we must start the work within. To heal, love all parts of who we and conscious transformation to create the ripple of change we want to see in our family, relationships, communities, and society.

Julián Esteban Torres López, Managing Director

Julián is a bilingual, Colombia-born storyteller, public scholar, and culture architect with Afro-Euro-Indigenous roots advancing social justice. As a consultant, Julián assists organizations to realign their policies and cultural spines so they are more diverse, equitable, and inclusive, while creating and sustaining healthy and empathetic relationships at the forefront of decision-making and intentional design. He is the founder of The Nasiona, a movement that centers, elevates, and amplifies the personal stories of those Othered by systems of oppression and dominant cultures. Julián’s work focuses on decolonization, liberation, empowerment, healing, and transformation.

Julián has received recognition and awards for his community-building work and has founded, led, and/or been a guest speaker at dozens of DEI initiatives. He has also been the recipient of numerous research grants and fellowships to conduct work on corporate social responsibility, human rights assessments, and conflict resolution, and has presented original research at international conferences. Julián holds an M.A. in justice studies and B.A.s in philosophy and in communication from the University of New Hampshire and was a Ph.D. candidate at the University of British Columbia, where he focused on political science and Latin American studies.
